Louisville roofers with the strongest Google ratings, backed by hundreds of reviews, and what customers say about each one.
A roof is one of the biggest checks most homeowners write, and storm season in Louisville brings out plenty of door-knockers. So we skipped the ads and went to what customers say.
We pulled every roofing contractor Google Maps shows for Louisville, kept the ones that are open with at least 60 reviews, and ranked them by rating weighted by how many reviews back it up. Then we read their newest reviews to see what people keep mentioning. Here's the top five.
A perfect 5.0 across 245 reviews is hard to do in roofing. Recent customers describe a process that was "easy and straightforward from start to finish," with the team walking them through every step. Their work ranges from repairs to full replacements and gutters, and one reviewer noted they helped pick shingles that qualified for the Louisville Cool Roof Rebate.
Just across the river in Jeffersonville, this one is owner-run, and it shows in the reviews: the owner comes up by name again and again for going above and beyond. Customers mention roofs, gutters, fascia, soffits and skylights, and more than one says the crew solved a problem other companies couldn't find. Reviewers also call out clear, timely communication through a big decision.
With 425 reviews at 4.9, New Look has one of the deepest track records on this list. The theme in recent reviews is no surprises: quotes that were "clearly spelled out with no hidden fees," crews that showed up on time, and a good cleanup afterward. One customer who compared several companies said they were also the most fair on price.
Origin gets praise for explaining the work and following up, and for using a drone to photograph the roof and gutters during the estimate. Several reviews involve insurance: one customer who was first denied coverage says Origin showed the damage came from hail. They also do gutters and gutter guards, and reviewers call their pricing reasonable.
If you have a leak right now, Graduate's reviews are worth a look: customers repeatedly mention a next-day inspection and quick fixes. One landlord says they came out the next day and patched a rental's leak for free while insurance got sorted. Others describe full replacements that were "very painless."
