Does Premium auto-renew at the end of the year?
No. We do not auto-renew your subscription. You'll receive a reminder before your membership expires with the option to renew manually.
What happens to my listing if I don't renew Premium?
Your listing remains active as a free listing. You'll lose the featured placement, gold badge, and premium benefits, but your business stays in the directory.
How do I schedule the strategy call and promo video?
After purchase, we'll reach out to schedule your strategy call and video shoot. Both must be completed within 90 days of your membership start date.
Is my payment secure?
